Erik earned his BA from the University of Michigan and MA from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by an MIA from Columbia University (Russian Area Studies) and M.Phil (International Relations) from New York University. A U.S. citizen, Erik has spent more than 18 years working in the Russian financial market. Prior to joining Gazprombank in 2012, he worked with Alfa Bank from 1999-2008 and Troika Dialog (now Sberbank CIB) from 2009-12.
